Footage reportedly captures the shocking moment the youngster helplessly looking around while being dangled by the parent over the steep slope. Another man is seen taking the photos from behind.
The trending video angered tens of thousands of Chinese web users who slammed the father as 'undeserving of being a parent.'
The video is said to have been filmed in a local scenic spot in Beijing, Hongjing Road, a 19-kilometre (12-mile) winding road that is known for its beautiful scenery and sharp bends.
