Everybody going to Chengdu certainly tastes the original hot pot. Except for hot pot, snacks are also worth of having a taste. Here we go:

The ingredients have no lungs, but beef, ox tongue, beef heart and beef scalp, cut into thin slices with mixed. It smells fragrant and taste good.

Bang Bang Chicken: it originated in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Now, this course is becoming very popular in Sichuan. After cooling cooked chicken, chicken gently with a wooden stick crisp knock, pull into the chicken and add mixing spicy ingredients. After doing these procedures, it taste spicy fresh, tender.
