When it comes to working out, I realize that several men and women just do not choose to do it. I additionally believe that those are the kind of people who probably would not be reading this article either! LOL
No one says you've to work out to be in good condition. I'm sure their are studies that show how much more (or maybe less) healthy someone that does not exercise is (or is not)
Nonetheless, I firmly believe the only way muscles remain good is if you work them some just how. Oh, I am not saying go out and bench press 250lbs 50 times, that will be silly. What I'm saying is do something active only to keep yourself tone to some degree.

I also believe the human body wasn't designed to sit down on the couch watching tv the entire day. The human body is a machine that is in need of constant attention. So, that in mind, if you don't love to workout, that is good. BUT, do something active! Heck, go with a walk every day. There's more good things about walking than getting healthy. If you go outside, you have a chance to meet your neighbors. You can see what's taking place in the neighborhood. Heck, set a family thing and take the family out for a walk. Small kids LOVE this!
Now, if you do not like to walk, that is good. Do not see it as a physical exercise, look at it as a social activity. Turn it into a game of some sorts. Set a quest to talk with someone you have never talked to before. Turn it into a game and find out the number of houses you pass. For the only thing you anal folks, find out the number of steps needed you to walk a mile.
Bottom line, in case you don't love to workout, and then simply do not look at a stroll as a workout, but more of a way of living. Hope this helps.
